Application

 

KTX12-25 Customized Bulb for Railway Signal (hereinafter referred to as “Bulb”) is designed for multi-lens color light signal of prefocus plate railway signal Bulb holder.

Installation

 

The installation is same as regular prefocus plate railway signal Bulb

 

Usage Environment

 

1) Barometric Pressure: No less than 70.1kPa (equal to lower than altitude of 3,000 m)

 

2) Surrounding Air Temperature: -40℃-+70℃

 

3) Relative Air Humidity：No more than 95%（25℃）

 

4) No harmful gas nearby that may cause explosion

 

Transportation and Storage

 

1) Do not crush and keep away from moisture, chemical corrosion and harmful gas.

 

2) The Bulb shall be stored in-door with humidity of less than 85%, dry and ventilated and harmful gas free.

 

Precaution for Use

 

1) Under the conditions of rated voltage and power, major filament needs to be on for 2 hours and assistant filament for 1 hour.

 

2) The user shall stop using the Bulb under any of the following circumstances:

 

> The major and assistant filaments are able to be lighted on at the same time or one of them is broken.

 

> Blow-by, Bulb burnt white smoke comes out or gets dark internally

 

> Bulb socket tilt, loose connection or cold solder

 

3) The topmost acumination is relatively fragile, which should be kept way from external force.
